Some parts carry a core charge. It is a refundable deposit on your old part, so the old part can go back to be rebuilt.

Getting the core refund

The core refund is issued when we receive the old part in rebuildable condition.

Sending a core back

Email support@ia-euro.com with your order number before you ship the old part. We'll send the return address.
