You can return most parts within 45 days of delivery. The full terms are in our refund policy.
What can come back
- New, uninstalled and unused parts.
- In the original packaging, with all labels.
What can't come back
- Parts that show signs of installation.
- Fluids that have been opened.
- Electrical parts that have been plugged in.
Technicians PRO
A part a shop ordered through Technicians PRO to diagnose a fault can come back within 45 days even if it was fitted or plugged in to test, electrical parts included, when it turns out not to be the part the repair needed. Everything else on this page applies.
Wrong part? That's on us
If we sent the wrong part, or our listing had the fitment wrong for the vehicle you gave us, we cover return shipping and refund you in full.
Changed your mind or ordered the wrong part
You pay return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
How to start a return
Email support@ia-euro.com with your order number before you ship anything. We'll send return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and checking the return. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the mistake was ours.
Exchanges
Need a different part instead? Start a return for the first one and place a new order for the part you need. Not sure which one? Send us your VIN on Fitment Check first.
