Warranty

The parts we sell are backed by their manufacturers against defects. Here's how that coverage works and how to make a claim.

What's covered

New parts purchased from Isle & Alpine are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under the terms of each part's manufacturer. Coverage length varies by brand and component — Genuine and OEM parts typically carry the manufacturer's standard warranty, and aftermarket parts carry the warranty offered by that brand. If you're unsure of the term for a specific part, ask us before you buy.

What's not covered

  • Normal wear items consumed in use (brake pads, rotors, filters, fluids, belts, wipers)
  • Improper installation or failure to follow torque specs and procedures
  • Misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect
  • Competition, track, or off-road use, unless the part is explicitly sold for that purpose
  • Parts modified or used outside their intended application
  • Labor, installation, towing, rental, or other consequential costs — the warranty covers the part itself

Installation

We strongly recommend installation by a qualified technician and that you keep your installation receipt. Many warranty claims require proof that the part was installed correctly. Electrical components in particular can be damaged by incorrect installation and may not be eligible for warranty once installed.

How to file a warranty claim

  1. Email support@ia-euro.com with your order number, the part in question, and a description of the issue (photos or video help).
  2. We'll review the claim and, where needed, coordinate with the manufacturer.
  3. If approved, you'll receive a replacement or refund per the manufacturer's terms.
