Shipping policy

We prepare orders carefully and provide tracking when the carrier accepts the shipment.

Processing and transit

Orders are prepared on business days. Product-specific lead times and unexpected delays will be communicated. Processing occurs before carrier transit and is not a delivery estimate. Available carrier services and any estimated transit times appear at checkout; carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Domestic shipping

Domestic checkout currently offers Standard shipping for $8 and Express shipping for $15. Neither rate has a subtotal condition, and IA Euro currently has no free-shipping threshold.

International shipping

International checkout is not currently available because no paid international delivery method is active. IA Euro's policy is paid international shipping only, with no free international-shipping exception. International availability requires an active rate at checkout.
